All orders are hand-reviewed and shipped from our Hong Kong workspace.

Our Carriers:
Most of our international orders are shipped using Hong Kong Post e-Express, which provides reliable end-to-end tracking. For select countries, we may use SF Express to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart and your destination country.

Weight Limits (Max 2kg per order):
Currently, our website only processes orders with a total weight of up to 2kg. If your cart exceeds 2kg, you will not be able to complete checkout.

How to fix this: You can simply split your items into multiple separate orders (each under 2kg) and check out.

We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations:

We are currently pausing direct shipments to the EU and UK on our website as we update our independent tax compliance systems.
