  • You do not need to return the item in most cases (unless it’s a high-value product, in which case we’ll arrange the return)

Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • We will send you the correct item or provide a full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by Touch Wood Goods

Personal Preferences

  • We do not accept returns for personal reasons due to international shipping costs
  • However, we want to help — contact us and we may provide a discount coupon for your next purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by customer
