• All local orders are shipped via SF Express or Hong Kong Post.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery takes a further 2–3 business days.

Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Other Asian Countries, Switzerland, Australia, Canada & More

• International orders are shipped via HK Post e-Express+.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Europe

We currently don't support IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop), so we're unable to ship directly to European customers through this site. If you're located in Europe, please shop with us on Etsy instead.

Hong Kong: Weight-based. See rates at HK Post EC-Get

International: Weight-based. Check rates at HK Post EC-Ship or add items to your cart to see the calculated rate.

Note for international customers: HK Post e-Express+ has a maximum weight of 2 kg. Rates increase significantly above 2 kg. If your order exceeds 2 kg, we recommend splitting into multiple orders or contacting us to arrange alternative shipping.
